Blogging is very new for me, I don´t even have Facebook so you understand the level. :)
Anyway, my name is Anki and I work as Product Manager within a vehicle manufacturing company.
I think it´s really interesting how the world is changing and companies go more and more from offering only products to instead offer services and service solution. So also my company.
My expectations on this course is to build more knowledge about this topic!
